Refiners

SDXL models use refiners to make artwork better. Think of the refiner as the final brushstrokes an artist adds to make the artwork better. Refiners in AniGen AI are more subtle than refiners in SDXL models. We use our own prompting and Low-Rank Adaptation techniques mixed in with refiners to make artwork slightly more refined. While refiners don’t change your artwork a lot, it can make certain words emerge more and make slight changes to your artwork.

If you plan to prompt simply, the default refiner should be more than enough for you. But there are two other refiners:

SARE (Soft Artwork Refined Edges) - It helps emphasize tiny details better.

SARE+ (Soft Artwork Refined Edges Plus) - It helps emphasize any motion of the character within the artwork while also emphasizing tiny details.
